The Independent Living Booklet was created for the Legacy at Clover Blossom community, which has both Apartments and Villa Living. We found there was an opportunity to create a marketing piece which would be useful while having potential resident walk thru visits along with a take away for potential residents. Within this piece we highlighted what one can experience within the community along with the logistics of floor plans and the overall structure of the community. This was a first of it's development and delivered instant results with the staff and potential residents.
